Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Hendersonville, TN. The working hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday required per month. The role involves diagnosing and correcting mechanical and electrical issues in process equipment and facility systems, assembling and calibrating machines, and inspecting and recording equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues in process equipment and facility systems.
• Assemble, construct, rebuild, revise, and calibrate process machines and their related equipment.
• Inspect, test, analyze, and record process and facility equipment performance.
• Set up and operate machine tools.

Essential Skills

• 3-6 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• PLC knowledge and minor troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and industrial maintenance.
• Experience with welding, repair, and machine maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Six years of experience with the maintenance of industrial process and facility equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Understanding of AC and DC circuits and PLC logic.
• Experience in operating hand tools, hoists, and welding equipment.
• Trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs., climb steps, and access awkward positions and small areas.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hendersonville, TN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
