By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Information Security Senior Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Desired candidate will work directly with other Security Systems staff and senior staff for all user account administration related functions which includes provisioning and de-provisioning of user’s network accounts and application user accounts on different platform includes Microsoft Active Directory and other client customized applications Work as individual contributor in a team of Security Systems staff and help customers using ITIL methodology, process and ITSM tools following Standard Operating Procedures.In some situations, acts as a Lead for the account where he/she needs to directly work with ISM/CDE of the account along with the Manager.Timely reporting of issues to management and proactive approach for problem solvingResponsible for Quality issues and find ways to mitigate gaps in process to avoid quality issues.Ensure all Service Management procedures are being followed by him/her and the entire teamBuilds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.Assists program or process development and implementation.Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate complexity.Applies research, information gathering and analytical and interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope.Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.Involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programsAssumes responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work.Contributes to area by ensuring quality of output.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciense or equivalent combination of education and work experience6 years of relevant Security System experienceOther Desired QualificationsInformation Security Related CertificationMore than 4 year of industry experienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
