Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 10 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
• Arrhythmia certification: Preferred
• Valid Driver's License: Preferred
• Knowledge of EMR systems (HCHB and EPIC): Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide care for assigned patients under the supervision of a healthcare professional according to established standards and nursing processes.
• Perform routine visits based on departmental specific policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of prioritized interdisciplinary plans of care for each patient.
• Implement and coordinate plans of care utilizing appropriate organizational skills and reporting mechanisms.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and order/restock supplies as needed.
