Our Nevada team is looking for litigators who want meaningful responsibility, direct client relationships, and the opportunity to become stronger, more confident advocates. Led by Partner Griffith Hayes, the team handles a broad range of civil defense matters throughout Nevada, including premises liability, bodily injury, auto liability, hospitality and casino matters, dealership-related litigation, and other general liability matters. Griff believes attorneys grow by being trusted with real responsibility while still having an experienced leader available when they need guidance. He is accessible, invested in professional development, and gives attorneys room to manage their work without micromanagement. Our attorneys aren't simply supporting someone else's files. Our Nevada practice operates in a highly flexible environment, and living in Las Vegas is not a requirement. Many appearances can be handled virtually, although attorneys travel when matters require in-person court appearances, trials, site inspections, trial preparation, or client needs. New attorneys are intentionally integrated into the team, with regular communication and access to leadership as they become comfortable with the practice and their caseload. Develop compelling case strategies that cut through emotional arguments and drive results Collaborate seamlessly with attorneys and staff at all experience levels Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, contributing to team growth and success Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school ~ 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation ~ Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems ~ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint ~ Attorneys are eligible for an annual billable hours bonus ranging from $10,000 and then aggregating with $7,500 for every additional tier Comprehensive benefits coverage offered, including plans available at zero employee cost (average annual employer contribution for health/vision/dental/life coverage is $700-$1,700) Student loan repayment assistance or 529 college savings plan (full-time attorneys after one year with the firm) $100-$200/month Employees receive a monthly technology reimbursement of $60 Employee Assistance Program through HealthAdvocate Comprehensive in-house training and leadership development opportunities Flexible vacation policy for attorneys Defined pathway to partnership Internal diversity and inclusion programs, such as the Women's Initiative and Young Professionals Initiative Numerous social and off-site events each year to enrich your relationships with your colleagues Flexible Work Model: Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available
