This opportunity allows for teletherapy or on-site support for pediatric students, utilizing your expertise and passion for helping young learners thrive. You’ll collaborate with school staff and families to design effective intervention plans and deliver individualized therapy tailored to each student’s needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current PA Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and remote consultation
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently, communicate effectively, and document services
• Strong commitment to student progress and professional ethics

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy goals for K-6 students
• Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions, either virtually or in person
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with staff and caregivers to share resources, strategies, and progress updates
• Adapt interventions to accommodate diverse needs and learning environments
