As a Lockheed Martin employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values integrity and excellence.THE WORKStrategic Integration• The Mission Systems division has created a new Sales, Inventory, Operations & Planning (SIOP) team, aligning with 1LMX capabilities, to strengthen long‑range demand and supply visibility across its portfolio, and it is now seeking a highly visible Supply & Capacity Analyst to join this effort. • Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.Role DescriptionThis role will manage and analyze supply constraints in Kinaxis, working with Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering functions to consolidate capacity plans for BA manufacturing capability map for roll-up into the ecosystem map. The individual in this role will track escalation of internal capacity issues and contractual concerns or risks. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that all capacity-related issues are properly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions. Using proven and sound statistical methods, the analyst draws insights from data and translates those insights into action that drive business results. Data Analysts are extremely resourceful and able to find novel new data sources to enrich their analysis. They apply mathematical and statistical methods to business and risk management problems. Basic QualificationsBA/BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience.Proven ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to inform capacity plans.Experience with capacity aggregation and analysis tools and software, such as Excel or statistical modeling software. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes, including inventory management and logistics. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.Ability to obtain security clearanceDesired SkillsStrong capacity aggregation and analysis skills, with ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.Strong understanding of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing processes.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.Knowledge of supply management concepts and processes, including inventory management and logistics.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
