TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, 53916!

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 1830 - 0700. Weekend rotation required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Every other holiday coverage required.

Highlights:

• Combined adult and pediatric emergency department caring for all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Daily census of approximately 70 patients with 19 treatment rooms
• Cerner electronic medical records system
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, radiology, social services, and phlebotomy
• Typical emergency diagnoses with higher-level traumas shipped to Level 1 centers
• Free onsite parking available

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum two years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria for adult and pediatric rhythm interpretation
• Proficiency in emergency nursing skills including triage, IV therapy, dysrhythmia management and interpretation, arterial blood gas interpretation, ventilator care, central line management, blood product administration, and procedural sedation
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, arterial line management, IV vasopressors, and multi-system organ failure management
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Previous acute care travel experience preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
