• Hours/Week: 4-8 shifts per month, 8 hours guaranteed per shift
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens
• Licensure: Active Oregon medical license, DEA, BC or Board Eligible (within 3-5 years of residency)
• Experience: Minimum required – ACLS, BLS, current CV included

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00 plus a $25/hour incentive for confirmed night shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Provide emergency inpatient care at a busy hospital in Medford, OR
• Cover scheduled shifts including both day and night hours
• Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital protocols, documentation, and safety standards
• Manage a patient volume totaling approximately 37,000 annually
• Participate in orientation and ongoing staffing as needed
• Ensure timely completion of credentialing and licensure requirements

What You Need:

• Oregon medical license (Active) and DEA registration
• Board Certified or eligible (within 3-5 years of residency) in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• 4+ shifts per month availability, with flexibility for night shifts
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently
