Quick Facts:

• Location: Medford, OR 97504
• Start Date: 07/21/2026
• Duration: 4-8 shifts per month (flexible schedule)
• Shift: 9am-9pm or 11pm-6am (may extend closer to 7am)
• Hours per Week: Approximately 32-40 hours, based on shifts
• Employment Type: Locum/Contract
• License/Certifications: Active Oregon medical license, DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Experience: BC or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour plus a $25/hour incentive for confirmed night shifts; day shifts at contracted rates

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency medical care to adult patients in a hospital inpatient setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document clinical assessments and treatment plans accurately
• Work flexible shifts, including nights and days, as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and CPR standards
• Adhere to established protocols and participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Active Oregon medical license
• DEA registration
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
