→ 2+ years of REAL sales experience (commission, quotas, closing, prospecting, accountability)
→ Someone who thrives on production and competition. You love the chase, the close, and building relationships that lead to results.
→ Someone willing to become fully licensed in:
• Property & Casualty
• Life & Health
