Who I'm Looking For:

→ 2+ years of REAL sales experience (commission, quotas, closing, prospecting, accountability) → Someone who thrives on production and competition. You love the chase, the close, and building relationships that lead to results. → Someone willing to become fully licensed in: Property & Casualty Life & Health (We assist with licensing for candidates who meet our expectations and timeline) → Someone wanting a career in insurance and financial services — not someone "just looking for a job" → Someone who understands that every conversation is an opportunity to help protect families, businesses, and futures → In-office only. No remote positions available.
