Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

I'm hiring for one of the most important career opportunities in the insurance industry. This is NOT just a job. This is a long-term path to leadership, production, and future agency ownership. Who I'm Looking For:
→ 2+ years of REAL sales experience (commission, quotas, closing, prospecting, accountability) → Someone who thrives on production and competition. You love the chase, the close, and building relationships that lead to results. → Someone willing to become fully licensed in: Property & Casualty Life & Health (We assist with licensing for candidates who meet our expectations and timeline) → Someone wanting a career in insurance and financial services — not someone "just looking for a job" → Someone who understands that every conversation is an opportunity to help protect families, businesses, and futures → In-office only. No remote positions available.

→ People only wanting customer service or administrative work → Anyone avoiding sales goals, accountability, or production tracking → Job hoppers with short-term employment patterns → Anyone looking for a temporary opportunity while figuring life out → Anyone uncomfortable with outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, or closing
