The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Vertical Markets and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving the growth, performance, and long-term vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive operational or vertical leadership experience in engineering, construction, technical consulting, or a related industry. Key personal attributes include an action bias, vision, and foresight, operational mastery, strategic influence, and balanced leadership.
