Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready maintenance specialist in Kennedale, TX to support routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance. You will ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in, under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with turn events, inspecting and repairing fixtures, maintaining grounds, and upholding safety protocols and EPA/OSHA guidelines.
