We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to help build marine air conditioning systems in a clean, air-conditioned manufacturing environment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want an opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Training is provided , along with opportunities to learn wiring, soldering, brazing, and other valuable manufacturing skills.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and pneumatic tools

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Route wiring and perform basic electrical assembly

• Inspect parts and finished products for quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Support production goals as part of a team

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools

• Assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.58 - $18.58/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
