Overview Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide – Madison CSN (Lake County) – 1st Shift. Supports the Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program by assisting patients with activities, documentation, and transportation as needed. Location United States of America – Ohio – Cuyahoga County Schedule Full‑time, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift. Pay and Benefits Hourly: $22.60 – $25.77 Union: OCSEA/AFSCME (OCSEAPay Range Schedule, Step 1) Pay increase 3 % July 2026; longevity supplement after 5 years Minimum of 17 weekends off per year (union contract) Benefits: Medical coverage; dental, vision and basic life insurance after eligibility; paid time off, 11 paid holidays; childbirth, adoption, foster care leave; education and development; public retirement systems; optional deferred compensation Responsibilities Participate in development of treatment plans. Chart, document, and report patient information. Organize and conduct patient group activities. Transport patients to off‑site appointments. Provide appropriate interventions as required. Qualifications Formal education in mathematics, including addition and subtraction, and in reading, writing and speaking common English vocabulary. High school diploma or equivalent under Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2‑3‑01(F)(1)(c). For roles in Veteran Services, STNA certification or registration on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Valid driver’s license if position requires transport of patients. Direct Support/Direct Care job skills.
