Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide - Madison CSN (Lake County) 1st Shift

Job Summary Position: Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide (Therapeutic Program Worker) at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare (DBH). Hourly, 1st Shift 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit with a pay range of #7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Responsibilities Participate in the development of treatment plans. Charting, documentation, records, and reporting. Organize and conduct patient group activities. Transport patients to off‑site appointments. Participate in appropriate interventions. Qualifications Formal education in arithmetic (addition & subtraction) and foundation in reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary. High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence (Ohio Administrative Code 5123:2-3-01(F) (1) (c)). For positions in Veteran Services: STNA certification or listing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry. Valid driver’s license for roles requiring transportation of consumers. Equivalent qualification to the minimum class qualifications for employment listed above. Benefits Minimum of 17 weekends off per year per the OCSEA union contract. Pay increase of 3% in July 2026. Longevity supplement after 5 years of service. Compensation $22.60 – $25.77 per hour. Opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and a yearly raise thereafter. Schedule Full-time. 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Location United States of America – OHIO – Cuyahoga County. Union OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit.
