We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers Build lasting customer relationships through professional and honest service Complete invoices, equipment documentation, service reports, and other job-related paperwork accurately Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and assigned inventory Follow company procedures and industry safety standards Communicate effectively with dispatchers, office staff, customers, and other technicians Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We’re Looking For At least three years of HVAC service experience Maryland HVAC Journeyman license Experience diagnosing and servicing light commercial HVAC equipment Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system problems Strong customer-service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and positive attitude Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to commute to Rosedale, Maryland Compensation and Benefits Annual earning potential of $60,000–$93,200 Performance-based bonuses Health insurance 401(k) 401(k) company matching Paid time off Company-provided service vehicle On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Company events and team activities Supportive, relaxed, and safety-focused work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
