Schedule

Monday Friday, 5x8 Hour shifts (08:30 - 17:00)

Assignment Details

Contract length and guaranteed hours vary. RTO: Maximum of 7 days.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience; first timers are accepted
• Certifications: NMTCB and/or ARRT (NM) required
• Experience with HIDA scans, Bone scans, Lymphoscintigraphy, Gastric Emptying, Brain Death, Myocardial Perfusion SPECT, I-123 scan/uptake, I-131 Whole body scan, I-131 Ablations (<30 mCi), Renal scans with or without Lasix, parathyroid, etc.
• Familiarity with Epic, Pyxis, PACS systems required

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures on pediatric to geriatric populations
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of radioactive materials
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Compliance / Notes

Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time, there may be a two-week delay due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule. Orientation hours vary based on contract length. Call requirements may include working 1-2 days per week and every fourth weekend.
