Cath Lab RN – Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Shift: 4x10, 07:00–17:30 On-call: Yes — 17:30–07:00 weeknights and weekends

Requirements:

• California RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience required
• Required: ACLS, BLS
• Experience with diagnostic cardiac catheterization, PCI/stent placement, right and left heart catheterization, pacemaker/ICD procedures, and peripheral vascular interventions

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the cath lab setting, including monitoring and administering medication.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures during patient care activities.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of submission.
• Travelers expected to float between facilities in-state; refusal may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• Must confirm prior employment with the organization (if applicable).
• Documentation required pre-start: 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
