AWS DevOps Engineer

AWS DevOps EngineerCGI is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline initiatives within a large financial services environment.This role will focus on AWS infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and the migration and modernization of application pipelines to GitLab.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, GitLab, and Jenkins and be comfortable working within a large enterprise environment with established DevOps processes and controls.Key responsibilities include supporting AWS infrastructure, maintaining and improving automated deployment pipelines, migrating existing pipelines to GitLab, and partnering with application teams to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.Required Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and servicesExperience with GitLab CI/CD, including migrating existing application pipelines to GitLabProficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AWS infrastructure automationExperience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelinesWorking knowledge of Jenkins and enterprise build/deployment processesExperience with source control platforms such as GitLab and BitbucketFamiliarity with UrbanCode Deploy (UCD) or similar deployment automation toolsStrong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelinesAbility to work effectively with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams in a large enterprise environmentFinancial services or other highly regulated enterprise experience is beneficialEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
