Psychiatric Unit Registered Nurse
TriCities Hospital
TriCities Hospital seeks a Psychiatric Unit Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult behavioral health patients. In this PRN role, you will complete comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, administer medications, monitor withdrawal and symptom changes, and implement individualized care plans. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, lead patient education and therapeutic groups, respond to crises using de-escalation techniques, ensure safe milieu management, and document care accurately in the EHR while upholding hospital safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
