JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the coordination, supervision, and day to day management of before and/or after school K-12 enrichment programs.EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in Child Care, Education, or related field from an accredited institution Three years of experience working with K-12 students OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the positionCERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATION S
Valid and current American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course or agreement to complete within 30 days of hire. Must maintain certification by American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED as a condition of continued employment.BACKGROUND SCREENING
