As Tagra expands its U.S. presence, we are looking for our first U.S.-based employee—a highly organized, hands‑on Site Manager who enjoys building systems, wearing multiple hats, and helping create an outstanding operation from the ground up. Position Overview The Tagra US Site Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our U.S. business. This is a broad, hands‑on role combining operations, administration, inventory management, customer coordination, manufacturing oversight, purchasing, logistics, and office management. The successful candidate enjoys variety, thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and is equally comfortable organizing inventory, greeting customers, following up with vendors, coordinating production activities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Operations & Office Management Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Tampa site Ensure the office, warehouse, and facility operate efficiently Develop and improve operational processes and documentation Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers Support management with administrative and operational tasks Maintain organized records and documentation Inventory & Logistics Maintain accurate inventory records Monitor inventory levels and reorder points Receive incoming shipments Coordinate outgoing shipments Perform inventory cycle counts Ensure inventory accuracy within ERP/accounting systems Coordinate freight and logistics providers Purchasing & Procurement Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) Coordinate purchasing activities Follow up on outstanding orders Assist with vendor management Manufacturing Coordination Help oversee daily manufacturing operations Track work orders and production status Assist with production planning Ensure manufacturing documentation is complete Coordinate between production, warehouse, and management Monitor operational KPIs Customer Experience Welcome customers visiting the facility Coordinate customer visits and demonstrations Prepare meeting rooms and materials Ensure an exceptional customer experience Support sample shipments and customer requests Coordinate with sales and technical teams Finance & Administration Assist with invoicing and basic accounting activities Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers Track operational expenses Maintain organized financial documentation Support budgeting and reporting Assist with QuickBooks/Xero or ERP‑related processes General Business Support Coordinate multiple ongoing projects Support the management team across departments Help implement new systems and procedures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency Handle unexpected operational challenges with professionalism Qualifications Required 5+ years of operations, office management, project coordination, or general management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities Strong problem‑solving mindset Comfortable working independently High level of ownership and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with inventory management systems Valid driver's license Preferred Experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Fishbowl, Cin7, Katana, or similar ERP systems Purchasing and supply chain experience Warehouse or inventory management experience Experience supporting customer visits Experience working with international companies What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership without needing constant direction Loves bringing order to complexity Is dependable and follows through Communicates clearly and proactively Notices the small details that others miss Can juggle multiple priorities with ease Enjoys helping build a company rather than simply maintaining one Is resourceful and solutions‑oriented Has a "whatever it takes" attitude while maintaining professionalism Why Join Tagra?
