As an Engagement Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for complex customer engagements in the data & AI environment. You will ensure successful delivery, develop trusted customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will take responsibility for existing customer engagements, develop them strategically, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.This position is available in full-time as well as part-time.You will be responsible for complex data & AI programs, projects, and services in terms of quality, budget, time, and customer satisfaction.You will manage international and interdisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, data engineers, and data scientists and ensure successful delivery.You will develop trusted customer relationships, act as the central contact person for departments and management, and advise customers on strategic issues.You will identify business potential, develop sustainable growth strategies together with customers and account teams, and support proposal and contract processes.You will bring market trends and innovations from the areas of data, analytics, cloud, and AI into customer initiatives and strengthen the positioning of our data & AI portfolio.Your ProfileYou have substantial experience in leading complex customer engagements, programs, or services in the environment of data & AI, analytics & business intelligence, cloud data platforms, or Snowflake.You have experience in managing larger delivery organizations as well as international and interdisciplinary teams of up to 50 people.You achieve demonstrable successes in building and developing long-term customer relationships and convince through an outstanding customer-oriented approach.You understand the economic management of projects, services, or managed services and combine entrepreneurial thinking with successful delivery.You communicate confidently with departments, management stakeholders, and customers and have very good German and English skills in speech and writing.What You Will Appreciate About UsWe place great value on the compatibility of work and private life.
