Job Location: New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager to lead Data, Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and AI-enabled transformation programs for Financial Services clients. This highly client-facing consulting leadership role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, financial performance, scope management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across $1M-$5M+ engagements. The ideal candidate will bring recent consulting experience, strong Data transformation expertise, Financial Services domain exposure, and a proven track record of leading distributed teams while managing program financials, change requests, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery LeadershipLead complex, multi-year Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs for enterprise clients.Manage delivery of large deals ($1M-$5M+), ensuring execution is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.Drive the full program lifecycle: planning, estimation, execution, governance, and closure.Establish and track program KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Client Relationship & Expectation ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.Set and manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across business and technology teams.Commercial Management & GrowthLead and support proposal development, solution estimation, and business case creation.Identify opportunities for account expansion and drive incremental revenue growth.Own financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.Scope & Change ManagementProactively identify scope creep and deviations from agreed deliverables.Define and execute change management governance, including:Creation and management of change ordersEffort re-estimation and impact assessmentInfluencing clients to align on revised scope, timelines, and commercialsWrite detailed SoW and Change ordersEnsure strong governance and contractual compliance throughout program execution.Estimation & PlanningLead solution sizing, effort estimation, and resource planning, often within aggressive timelines.Develop comprehensive delivery plans, including dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.Global Team & Resource ManagementManage large, geographically distributed teams (onshore/offshore) delivering complex programs.Optimize resource allocation across locations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.Data & Technology LeadershipDrive programs across key areas:Data Governance & Data ManagementData Migration & IntegrationCloud & Big Data PlatformsAdvanced Analytics & Machine LearningGenAI transformation initiativesChampion modern engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.Preferred Skills & AttributesGo-getter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a plus.Leadership CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution focusStakeholder influence and conflict resolutionResults-driven delivery leadershipCollaboration across cross-functional and global teamsWhy Join UsOpportunity to lead high-impact, multi-million-dollar data programsWork with senior client stakeholders and leadership teamsBe part of a growth-focused consulting organization driving digital transformationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $175,000/ yearly. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
