Overview The Sales Specialist is a pivotal role within the organization, designed to drive revenue growth and foster robust customer relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and organizational growth objectives. Proactively identify and engage potential clients, building a targeted pipeline through research, networking, and outreach activities. Conduct client needs assessments and deliver customized solutions to address specific business challenges, presenting products/services effectively. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accuracy in pricing, contract negotiation, and documentation. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, driving customer retention and satisfaction. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales role, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and pitch to executives and decision-makers. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiations with B2B or B2C clients. Preferred Requirements Master's degree or advanced certifications in Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines. Industry-specific knowledge relevant to the company's products/services. Demonstrated experience in using consultative sales models and solution-selling methodologies. Established network in the target client sector or demonstrated ability to rapidly build client relationships in new markets.
