This is a hybrid work opportunity out of our Montvale location.Responsibilities:Administer user accounts, security roles, permissions, client records, entities, and return setups across multiple tax technology applicationsProcess onboarding, role changes, and access removals in compliance with firm policies and security requirementsProvide first-level application support for user access, system configuration, setup requests, and basic issue resolutionMonitor support queues, document support activities, and escalate complex issues to internal teams, vendors, or technology support groups as neededPerform data maintenance, validation, testing, release readiness activities, and provide support during critical filing season periodsMaintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience across applications, including ONESOURCE, SurePrep, GoSystem Tax RS, CCH Axcess Tax, K1X, and other tax compliance platformsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum one year of recent experience in application support, software administration, operations, help desk support, or a related technical support function requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or one year of relevant work experience in a business analyst, IT operations, systems administration or similar role is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processesExperience with ticketing, service management, workflow, or case management toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional, customer-focused approach and excellent organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExperience supporting enterprise applications, user access administration, data maintenance, testing, documentation, and ticketing or service management tools; exposure to tax, accounting, professional services, financial systems, or compliance-related applications is preferredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
