Business Analyst

Objective The primary goal is to transform, sustain, and implement business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and foster innovation. Transformation Evaluate and redesign business processes and systems to introduce new practices, optimize operations, and improve service delivery. Sustainability: Manage the upkeep of existing platforms and solutions, including SQL Server, QlikSense (BI), and integrations among various business and accounting systems. Implementation: Drive new initiatives and actively participate in hands-on project implementation related to Data Management, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Analytics. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and analyze business system requirements. Operational Improvement: Identify and evaluate opportunities for operational improvements through enhanced systems, services, and processes. Project Leadership: Lead project implementation as a technical leader, manager, or team member. Standards and Procedures: Develop and promote standards and procedures to adapt to the evolving business environment. System Design and Support: Engage in system design, implementation, and support, including technical tasks, customer engagement, and project resource management. Qualifications and Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency with MSSQL and BI/Analytic systems. Experience in designing/building data warehouses/data marts is a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce.com, QlikSense, Lawson, FSM, Rental4000 is advantageous. Implementation: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end business systems implementation and process improvements. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in both business and technology contexts. Education and Experience Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant roles. Education: Bachelors degree in business, information systems, or a related technical field. #J-18808-Ljbffr KPHG
