Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Title

Develops team activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedules to ensure proper allocation of BSA resources.

Identifies and responds to changing organizational priorities to meet business objectives.

Evaluates work plans and provides technical guidance to ensure milestones are achieved and project tasks are aligned with work products.

Develops work estimates for the stages of the project life cycle to determine business systems analysis involvement, project costs, and schedules.

Provides technical guidance and leadership for project teams to enhance performance results and ensure quality project deliverables (where applicable).

Mandatory SkillsGeneral Requirements

Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English. The working time zone will be US Eastern Standard Time Zone.

The typical work week will be (5) 8-hour days a week (Monday thru Friday) The resources will work in team collaboration.

Educates the organization on the role, processes, and importance of business systems analysis to provide expertise and value and to foster optimal working relationships, collaboration, and effective communication. Advises in the Business Systems Analysis Standards and Process Improvements

Researches and recommends enterprise-wide best practices, standards, tools, process improvements, and metrics to ensure consistency, to meet business needs, and to maintain a competitive advantage.

Develops and delivers presentations to senior management to introduce new and innovative methods for the enterprise.

Influences project teams and activities to ensure alignment of the BSA practice strategic direction with clients strategy and industry standards and to improve efficiencies within the organization. Conducts continuous analyses of enterprise processes to recommend improvements and enhancements for BSA work products. Researches and identifies new business opportunities and improvements and promotes innovation by identifying and establishing alternative methods to address project complexity and maintain a competitive advantage.
