In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring application stability, resolving technical issues, maintaining platform health, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a member of the Customer Portal Agile Team, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while helping drive continuous improvements across our digital solutions. How You Will Do It Application Support & Incident Management Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported through ServiceNow, email, and collaboration tools. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions. Communicate issue status and resolution updates to stakeholders. Ensure application availability and operational performance objectives are consistently met. Application Operations Maintain the health, stability, and performance of web and mobile applications. Execute database queries and perform application updates as needed. Monitor production environments and proactively identify opportunities for optimization. Support application releases and ongoing maintenance activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with software engineers, cloud engineers, database administrators, network teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues. Work closely with Agile development teams to identify recurring issues and drive long-term solutions. Provide operational insights that support product improvements and enhance the customer experience. DevOps & Continuous Improvement Support and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices. Identify opportunities to improve automation, monitoring, and support processes. Leverage operational metrics and support trends to recommend enhancements across applications and services. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain reporting related to support tickets and application performance. Analyze support trends and recommend corrective actions and process improvements. Provide operational metrics and insights to leadership and development teams. What We Look For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience supporting web and mobile applications in a production environment. Strong experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues. Experience working within Agile development environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Technical Expertise Application Development & Support ReactJS Spring Boot REST and SOAP Services Web and Mobile Application Support Database Technologies Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) SQL Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure Azure App Services Azure DevOps Pipelines Redis Cache Cloud-Based Development Tools Tools & Platforms Jira Azure DevOps ServiceNow or similar ticket management platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience with JavaServer Pages (JSP) and JavaServer Faces (JSF). Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications. Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Knowledge of monitoring, performance tuning, and observability tools. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000-105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
