About the Role

A steel company in Houston, TX is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to manage the sales order process and related documentation from order entry through delivery. This role monitors order status, inventory, and delivery schedules, and handles customer inquiries and other sales support tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage sales orders from order entry through delivery.

- Prepare and maintain sales, shipping, and customer-related documentation.

- Monitor order status, inventory, and delivery schedules.

- Handle customer inquiries and other sales-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in sales support, order processing, or order management.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to monitor inventory and delivery schedules.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Korean/English communication ability.

Work Authorization

- Candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. are given priority consideration.

- Visa sponsorship (E1) may be considered in the future based on company policy and job performance.

Location & Schedule

- Onsite in Houston, TX.

- Full-time.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year. During the initial 3-month probationary period, 90% of the base salary is paid.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee only).

- Paid vacation: 15 days per year.

- Paid holidays.
