EV Service Advisor: Elevate Customer Experience
Lucid Motors
Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Houston to provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns for diagnosis, and explain options including time and cost estimates. You will track vehicles through maintenance and ensure Lucid quality before return.
