Job Description

As assistant general manager you will be involved working with the general manager in all aspects of the business and

restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well as a team, communicates fully, and is confident in their decision making. Strong self development and an optimistic outlook on business and life are great attributes. Customer satisfaction should be your driving motivation. Should have a certified Food Safety Manager certification. You will be responsible for sourcing, coaching and motivating employees while providing a safe and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

·Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations and ensure safety and

sanitation standards are followed & communicate to GM

·Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

·Help source, hire and continually develop team members with training

and coaching

·Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices

·Grow sales using different tactics and strategies

·Manage and promote the brand

·Schedule routine or emergency maintenance

Since the Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened its doors in Point Pleasant, New Jersey back in 2008 it was apparent that this was a great place to relax and have an awesome meal. As opportunities arise, they’ll open new restaurants in neighborhoods where they can build bridges with local residents.
