We are growing fast and looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help business owners discover how much time and money they can save by working with us.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first conversation many business owners have with Magic Books. You will engage inbound leads, prospect new accounts by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify their needs, and book consultations or close deals for our bookkeeping, accounting and CFO services. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is competitive, coachable, and wants a clear path into a sales career with real earning potential.

What You Will Do

•         Respond quickly to inbound leads from our website, campaigns and referrals

•         Prospect small and mid-sized businesses through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach

•         Qualify prospects by understanding their current accounting setup, pain points and budget

•         Run discovery calls and book consultations with our senior accounting and CFO team

•         Present Magic Books services and pricing, and close straightforward deals directly

•         Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline

•         Keep all activity, notes and deal stages accurate in the CRM

•         Meet or exceed weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals

•         Share customer feedback with marketing and operations to sharpen our offering

What We Are Looking For

•         0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role (new graduates welcome)

•         Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone

•         Self-motivated, competitive and resilient — you see a "no" as a step toward a "yes"

•         Organized, with the discipline to manage a high volume of daily outreach

•         Comfortable learning new tools, including CRM and sales engagement software

•         Interest in business, finance or accounting is a plus

•         Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; college degree not required
