Job Details Salary: $18 to $20 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Stewartsville, NJ 08865 Key Responsibilities Enter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requests Resolve account-related issues and discrepancies Balance statements and finalize accounting data Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests; issue reimbursement checks Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle Enter, post, and reconcile batches while researching and resolving payables issues with vendors Prepare accounts for payments and verify data accuracy in the system Perform filing duties and assist as cashier Provide back-up receptionist support during breaks if needed Break down and cost deals accurately Handle daily deposits and posting of accounts payable and receivables Bill out deals, swaps, and wholesale transactions Work Hours This is a full-time position requiring consistent availability during business hours.
