Head of Sales

The Role ITVA is scaling its go-to-market, and we're hiring a Head of Sales to lead and build our sales organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you'll lead from the front personally running and closing our largest, most strategic opportunities. All while building, coaching, and scaling the team and the playbook behind them. What you'll do Own and grow revenue across Enterprise, Government, SLED, Mid-Market, and SMB. Lead from the front. Personally prospect, run, and close our most strategic and complex deals setting the bar for the team. Build and scale the team. Recruit, onboard, and coach high-performing Account Executives and SDRs; design territories, quotas, and compensation plans that attract and retain top talent. Sharpen the sales motion. Refine our go-to-market approach end-to-end: ideal customer profile, qualification, discovery, technical and security evaluation, procurement, and close. Run the engine. Own the CRM, forecasting, pipeline reviews, sales stages, and the tooling that supports them. Partner cross‑functionally. Work closely with the founders, product, marketing, and customer success on pricing, packaging, and positioning around our platform's value proposition. Navigate technical, multi‑stakeholder cycles. Sell to CIOs, CISOs, VPs of IT, and the operators that use our platform everyday. What we're looking for 8+ years in B2B software sales , with 3+ years in a sales leadership / management role (Head of Sales, VP Sales, Director, or first‑line manager who has built and scaled a team). Direct experience selling IT/Cybersecurity software into organizations spanning from large Enterprise to Federal to Mid‑Market. You understand how organizations use and buy IT Software. A proven individual closer , not just a manager of closers with a track record of personally landing large, complex, six‑ and seven‑figure deals. A record of building and scaling high‑performing enterprise sales teams. A rigorous, repeatable approach to selling and the operational discipline to instrument and forecast it. Comfort with technical and security‑led evaluations - proofs of concept, security reviews, compliance questionnaires, and procurement. Excellent forecasting and CRM discipline ; data‑driven about pipeline. Willingness to travel to customers and prospects as needed along with conventions and events.
