Location: Suwanee, GA 30024
Pay: $23 - $30 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What Youll Do
Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Conduct routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment as needed.
Document production data and maintain accurate production records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Support operational goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What Were Looking For
4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
Proficiency operating SMT equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred.
