Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and repairs, supervising daily operations, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty by providing quick, trusted service and develop efficient work schedules while managing inventory and store audits to maintain safety and organization. Your leadership will foster team development and a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service setting, with a customer-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure. Experience using performance data to improve operations, flexibility in scheduling, and proficiency in English are required. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled environments.
