Quality Control Inspector - Wharton
Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with a leading company in the personal care industry in Wharton. This role ensures adherence to company and customer standards for incoming components and finished materials, maintaining full compliance and proper documentation.
Shift Pattern
- 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday
Pay Rates
- 21.00 - 24.00 USD hourly
Requirements
- Experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to verify product specifications
- Experience with line clearance and package integrity checks
- Ability to read and understand SOPs and follow GMPs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good attendance, reliability, and punctuality
Role Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality audits of finished materials
- Prepare quality control documents and maintain inspection equipment
- Select samples of finished materials for customer presentation
- Verify that all labels and identity stamps are correct and positioned as required
- Identify finished materials as Accepted or Held and manage non-conforming products
