Join a PE-backed B2B SaaS company operating in the partner ecosystem and channel technology market as it strengthens its US Professional Services capability.

This is a hands-on technical consulting role for someone who enjoys taking ambiguous customer requirements and turning them into practical, configurable software solutions. You will work across new implementations, existing customer requirements and more complex technical work packages as the business continues to evolve its platform and invest in a more AI-led direction.

The company provides a B2B SaaS platform that helps organisations manage and grow their partner ecosystems. The technology supports partner onboarding, portals, enablement, marketing, deal registration, lead distribution, incentives, training and partner performance.

\n

\n

The business has an established customer base and a lean, international delivery organisation. It is continuing to evolve the platform, including a stronger AI-led direction, while investing in the teams responsible for helping customers solve increasingly complex requirements.

\n

\n

This hire forms part of that wider investment. The team is moving towards a flatter, more consistent structure, with Implementation Consultants owning the broader customer journey and Solutions Consultants providing deeper technical and configuration expertise when requirements become more complex.

About the role

\n

\n

You will sit within Professional Services, translating customer requirements into platform configuration, technical designs and workable solutions. You may support larger implementations led by an Implementation Consultant, own smaller technical work packages directly, or handle requirements for existing customers after go-live.

\n

\n

The role combines customer interaction with hands-on platform delivery. You need enough technical depth to configure, troubleshoot and solve problems, while also understanding the broader business outcome the customer is trying to achieve.

\n

Key responsibilities

\n

\n
• Translate customer business requirements into practical platform configurations and technical solutions
\n
• Configure SaaS functionality, workflows and customer-specific requirements
\n
• Lead or support technical discovery sessions and solution workshops
\n
• Produce clear technical specifications, configuration plans and supporting documentation
\n
• Work with integrations, APIs, data mapping and connected business systems where required
\n
• Support data migration, front-end configuration and light technical development where appropriate
\n
• Troubleshoot more complex configuration and implementation challenges
\n
• Deliver defined technical work packages within larger customer implementations
\n
• Support ongoing requirements and change requests for existing customers
\n
• Collaborate closely with Implementation, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams
\n

Ideal candidate profile

\n

\n
• Experience in a hands-on Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, Implementation Consultant or similar SaaS delivery role
\n
• Strong experience configuring software for external customers
\n
• Able to translate business requirements into practical technical or platform solutions
\n
• Comfortable working with data structures, workflows, integrations, APIs or configuration logic
\n
• Strong problem-solving ability when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous
\n
• Customer-facing and able to explain technical concepts clearly
\n
• Comfortable balancing hands-on technical delivery with broader business context
\n
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, data migration or similar technical skills would be relevant
\n
• PRM, partner ecosystem or partner marketing technology experience would be highly relevant
\n
• Strong adjacent backgrounds in CRM, Salesforce, marketing automation, workflow or other configurable B2B SaaS platforms are also encouraged
\n

Location and working style

• Hybrid arrangement. Preferred office visits 2/3 times per month in Raleigh, North Carolina
\n
• You will work across a distributed international team, so overlap with European colleagues is valuable
\n
