Roofing Production Manager

Description Roof One, LLC, an established roofing contractor located in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking to hire an experienced Roofing Production Manager. This will be a full‑time, W2 position with a starting salary based upon experience. This position will ensure that both of our residential and commercial roofing projects are completed safely, on time and within budget by overseeing crews, materials, and customer satisfaction. This position acts as the bridge between our project managers and installation, managing the entire project lifecycle, including scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules for roofing crews. Oversee the production process from contract signing to final close‑out. Order and coordinate the delivery of materials. Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Act as a primary point of contact during the production phase, providing updates and resolving complaints. Qualifications Highschool diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 2 or more years of experience in roofing or exterior construction management. Great verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, crew leaders and office staff. Background in both residential and commercial projects. Forward thinking to prevent bottlenecks, rather than reacting to problems. Strong focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of installation procedures to ensure quality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
