This role is responsible for developing compelling content across a variety of channels that strengthens member relationships, promotes products and services, and supports organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, collaborative team player, and skilled communicator who can turn insights into impactful messaging.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Create and manage engaging content for email marketing, social media, website pages, blogs, digital campaigns, public relations efforts, presentations, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
• Manage social media content planning, copywriting, publishing, and community engagement across platforms.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely, consistent, and strategic communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, business units, and leadership teams to create messaging that supports products, services, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all communication channels.
• Serve as a trusted communications resource by reviewing and refining content for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Support public relations, community partnerships, sponsorships, events, and outreach initiatives through strategic communications and promotional content.
• Apply SEO and digital content best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and performance.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on marketing, communications, digital media, and financial services trends to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to member engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in content development, marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across multiple communication channels.

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency with content creation, marketing, and social media management tools.
