Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and help them when they arrive
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and keep the lot organized
• Manage traffic flow in the service drive (direct cars, set up barricades, etc.)
• Answer phones, help customers with questions, and schedule service appointments
• Use our Keyscan system to track and manage keys
• Keep vehicles safe, clean, and handled with care
• Help with basic tasks like jump-starts, tire checks, or simple service support

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus (but not required)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
