• Schedule: 3 days/week, 8-hour day shifts (08 00), 1-2 evening shifts/week, possibly flexible for 12s
• Hours/Week: Variable, ideally 4 weeks/month but flexible

• Licenses & Certifications: CA Medical License, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Experience: 2+ years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Spanish speaking strongly preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide PRIMARY care services to diverse patient populations in outpatient clinics
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver culturally sensitive care
• Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff and specialists as needed
• Manage 18 patients per day on average, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Support public health initiatives and patient education programs

What You Need:

• Active California Medical License
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible considered with strong rationale)
• Two or more years of clinical experience in outpatient settings
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (medical Spanish preferred)
• Strong communication skills, cultural competency, and ability to work independently

This assignment is at a leading facility in Los Angeles that serves the community through multiple outpatient clinics.
