About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Securities Lending Sales and Trading. This senior role is pivotal in the development and implementation of a comprehensive securities lending program. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing sales and trading strategy, optimizing inventory and collateral, and deepening institutional relationships. Key responsibilities include managing and negotiating various trading books, executing daily securities finance activities, and supporting a comprehensive risk framework. The role demands a professional with at least 15 years' experience in securities lending, finance, and capital management, and requires a deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, risk mitigation, and a range of financial instruments and activities.
