We are currently seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels and supporting our nursing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is highly organized, communicates effectively, and knows how to keep staffing needs moving—even when the unexpected happens.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.

• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.

• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.

• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.

Requirements:

Licensure/Certification:

• CNA, CMT certification preferred.

• Experience:

• Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience. Staffing experience is a must.
