Receiving Clerk - 023 Houston-Mesa (Store 023 Houston Mesa) Location 9419 Mesa Dr., Houston, Texas 77028, United States Responsibilities Under direct supervision of the Store Director, the Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the entire operation of the receiving department for the store. The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store. Essential functions include physically lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess the ability to: Read and write Spanish and English, interact with the general public and co-workers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Bonus Skills Basic PC/Outlook skills.
