Job Summary Receiving Clerk – 001 Houston‑Quitman, Store 001 Houston Quitman – operating within Fiesta Mart . Location 1020 Quitman St., Houston, Texas, 77009 Responsibilities Oversee full operation of the receiving department under supervision of the Store Director. Handle everyday tasks of receiving, unpacking, and unloading merchandise. Maintain accurate logs and ensure proper labeling and placement of products. Perform any other duties essential to the role as required. Requirements Read and write Spanish‑English and interact with the general public and coworkers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds frequently, 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Preferred Skills Basic PC and Outlook skills. Retail Management Certificate. Work Environment The role involves a fast‑paced grocery store environment with physical demands such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual/auditory requirements.
