The ideal candidate understands how to use analytics, reporting, and audience insights to strengthen content performance, support broader campaign goals, and continuously refine strategy across platforms. What You’ll Do As our Digital Marketing Specialist with focus on content & social media marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping and sharing our clients’ stories across digital platforms. You’ll:: Create and manage engaging social media, digital, and campaign content that aligns with client brand voice, storytelling goals, and broader marketing initiatives across platforms. Draft compelling short- and long-form content including social media copy, blogs, newsletters, website copy, campaign messaging, and other brand communications to support client accounts. Monitor social media channels and audience engagement to help foster strong online communities and positive brand presence. Track and analyze campaign and platform performance using analytics and reporting tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen content strategy and overall campaign success. Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, developers, and account leads to ensure cohesive messaging, creative alignment, and effective campaign execution. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies to help clients remain relevant and competitive. Internship, campus organization, or student project experience alone does not meet this requirement. Strong writing and editing skills with experience developing both short- and long-form content across digital platforms, including web, email, social media, and campaign materials. Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content and campaign performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, and content management systems. Bonus points for experience with paid social campaigns, photography/video content coordination, basic SEO knowledge, or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
