Special Project – Customer Service Representative for Real Estate Organization Salary: $18 - $20 per hour Job Details Conduct phone calls and onsite visits to assigned properties while posing as a prospective resident. Evaluate leasing interactions, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall customer experience. Follow specific scenarios and instructions provided by leadership. Observe and document leasing practices, communication, and onsite presentation. Compile clear, accurate reports summarizing findings and observations.
